History: Kaladan was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: An older man who wears bulky brown painted plate armor, he is not a threatening figure. He wears his silver hair down. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Through the years after Thorin was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Thorin's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is obsessed with his god.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Elven compassion; and wishes to resurrect an old love
