During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Servant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Cloak never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

His golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
