History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Balimaar was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Masseuse. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and to be a tailor again
