He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature glaive.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Detective. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He's in love.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
