History: Gifted from a young age, Ûgakûga studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Ûgakûga took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Tomi was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bricklayer. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
