History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ombul was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ombul was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Detective. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a trident, but if one is not available he will default to his shield. He has shaved his head bald. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Berrian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Berrian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears a tight fitting green shirt and pants. His chestnut hair is long and unkept. This brown eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is dressed in earthy colors with a blue and yellow handkerchief worn on his left side. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Hubert was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.
