History: Born in the east to a Carpenter, Tod learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Chem was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: Pelt was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and further expansion of business

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Norman and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and money/treasure
