History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Animal Trainer.

History: Oskar was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
