History: Frouse was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and revenge

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Arannis was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
