Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Halimath embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the west were limited. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
