History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barrister. He now owns his own business.

History: Roger was born the youngest of three triplets. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Roger alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: The child of a Merchant, who enjoyed hunting, Dean was taken on many hunting expeditions. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Painter. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it
