Description: He wears tattered old clothes. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a brewer and was forced into it by his family

Description: He wears bulky brown painted plate armor. He carries a battered glaive and tarnished ceremonial dagger as well. His brown hair is braided into rings. His violet eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He has moderate length silver hair. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Layabout. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Nim was born with his father's beautiful face. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Layabout and was forced into it by his family; and balancing his hectic life and new layabout responsibilities is difficult

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a grey shirt with thin red vertical stripes and grey pants. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Lamlis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Lamlis's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Laborer born in the past three hundred years. Efferil enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. A freak accident while working with his Animal Trainer father left him crippled. He struck the Laborer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is unsatisfied with his job
