History: He was born on a small isolated farm. After coming to the age of reason, Pelaios took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is content

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative.
