Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He got into the Scribe business at a young age. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He bought a hand crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
