He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Chad was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Chad's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
