Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears skinny pants and wears a tan and blue robe with the hood down. His hair is long and white with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is red, braided, and well cared for. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his feathered tan hat.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the north were limited. His addictions have taken their toll on his wallet, and he has found himself with a great deal of debt owed.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a blue shirt, with a tan mid length shorts with tan tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: He wears long strands of opal and short grey dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'10" when asserting himself. He sports a flattop hair cut. His half smiles and red eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.

History: Marbas lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Courier, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a grey tunic with brown highlights, and long green pants that bunch up around his shoes. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: Qualen is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Gifted from a young age, Qualen studied abroad. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and he loathes his own lifestyle
