Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Bookbinder business.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: Revenge; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
