History: The child of a Tanner, who enjoyed hunting, Xappan was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Fortune-teller but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Fortune-teller arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.
