History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tieflings in Sammal's homeland. Sammal decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
