History: Cimer was born the youngest of three triplets. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Herbalist they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Performer, and he later adopted a second son.
