Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Vonbin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Vonbin was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Tailor. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Tailor for hire.
