History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

His hair is silver, silky, and of moderate length. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Joser was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Halfling Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: Gale lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Gale was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Cook. He became a Cook soon after.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he has money and likes to spend it
