Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. After coming to the age of reason, Gildmak took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A gifted student he started as a Laborer, but he got bored and became a Architect. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. He has gold eyes and a violet hat with a yellow feather.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Soapmaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Soapmaker for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor
