Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Gifted from a young age, Joser studied abroad. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Joser took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Detective.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: The child of a Sage, who enjoyed hunting, Ûshbaka was taken on many hunting expeditions. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
