Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balam grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is his passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
