History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 11. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Beiro enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
