Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

The war was a terrible time for him, and Darrow does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Darrow was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
