History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His blue hair is thinning but still full. He is baby faced.

Personality: Valafar is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: The child of a Navigator, who enjoyed hunting, Valafar was taken on many hunting expeditions. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

Description: An older man who wears long strands of aquamarine and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, he is not a threatening figure. His long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Voice: Thin and wheezing

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, tan shirt, and grey tie. His red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Engraver. He became a Engraver soon after.

Motivation: He is greedy; and to be a sage again
