History: He comes from a rich western family. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Marshal profession.

History: Heskan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
