Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is his passion; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Soveliss never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.
