History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Kelter was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Baker. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
