Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Pikar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Pikar hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Seamstress for hire.
