Description: This southern man wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has done his best to style his red hair to look like a famous performer. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines red.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is dressed in an above average manner. His white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Balimaar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Balimaar. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Seeks redemption.

Description: He wears a yellow collared shirt and white pants. He accessorizes with a green scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He carries a battered longbow and tarnished club as well. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length white hair. His violet eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Gimgen hails from a village terrorized by giants. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Gimgen took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up club and armor he uses now. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Gimgen was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He works hard and plays hard.
History: Born to a Masseuse, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Taklinn abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he's looking for his big break
