Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his music dream.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 40. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Barber business.

History: Forcas was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. Sethrekar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
