Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Heward embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heward grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heward. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Description: Standing 3'0", this man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep blue leather and dull red iron scale mail. His red hair is heavily combed to the right. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Tod is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and halfling compassion

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.
