Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Anselm is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Through the years after Anselm was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Anselm's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
