History: Born in the north to a Map Maker, Rael learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
