History: Born to a Priest, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When Raer reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Halander took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
