History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Paelias alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Berrian is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
