History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of goblins
