History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Shane reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Mormo is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Mormo was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Purban was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and halfling compassion

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Theren was born with his mother's beautiful face. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
