He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amber on his right hand. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: The child of a Bellfounder, who enjoyed hunting, William was taken on many hunting expeditions. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
