History: Born to a Sculptor, his father struggled to pay the bills. Rimple was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Rimple decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Tomi isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Barber but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Tomi was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
