Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Balimaar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Balimaar. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
