Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born in the north to a Hunter, Cask learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Hunter. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Beloril's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Beloril lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and an old rival family wants him found
