History: Born to a Carpenter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Thorin was a troubled youth. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Bowyer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Traki lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ploughman.
