Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His blonde hair is long and unkept. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Ruler kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He takes great joy in being the best Apothecary in town.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He's also a talented Armorer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

He wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a longbow on his belt. Sporting a white mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Kipper was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Sculptor, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.
