Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Altho is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Altho was born with his mother's beautiful face. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He has achieved small success as a Bookbinder.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and a strong sense of loyalty to gnomish people

He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
