Description: He is wearing a long, red, dusty cloak, and he perpetually has his bow ready. His white hair is heavily combed to the left. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and wants to raise his children well

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his morningstar with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. He is baby faced.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nicholas grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nicholas. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has hazel eyes and a violet hat with a black feather.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: He was born in a small mountains village. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Being a Architect kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: An older man who is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants, he is not a threatening figure. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. He has gray eyes and a brown hat with a blue feather.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He tends to his Mason job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Human compassion; and sabotage a competitor
