History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to gnolls.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Howard grew up listening to his father's many stories. Howard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Howard decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
